What is Restore Your Core?

Restore Your Core (RYC™) is a whole body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. Restore Your Core helps you to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support. It incorporates moves from yoga and pilates, but with a focus on biomechanics and alignment.

In an RYC™ class you will learn:

Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your pelvic floor Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements. I offer group courses and 1-2-1 sessions from Much Hadham and Bishop's Stortford.  Restore Your Core can be used during pregnancy and pregnant woment are very welcome. 
Babies are welcome to the Monday and Tuesday courses and 1-2-1s!

I've carved out some me time at the weekends!! It's made me realise that I need to be aware of my posture and that with time I can increase my general flexibility.  I have learned how to fire my glutes!

[Emma] helped me find a stronger post birth body and I wish had beeen able to access her wealth of knowledge after my first pregnancy.  I incorporate her lessons into my daily activities as a way of taking care of my body which is essential for busy mums who don't find the time for extensive workout routines, or short ones for that matter.  I look forward to continuing my work with Emma to see how my body can shift further.  I highly recommend her as an instructor and support for women at any stage of life.
