Then my Kickstart Your Journey to Strength package is for you.
It is NOT for you if:
- you don’t want to know what a move or exercise is doing for you and your body
- you’re not ready to take some time between sessions (a few minutes each day to start with) to begin a journey of discovery about your movement patterns – it is totally okay not to be ready too – I’ve been there too – you can always come to me when you are ready!
- you’re looking for a one session quick fix
I want you to get the best out of your sessions and that requires a commitment to making small changes, to being curious about your body and your daily movement patterns.
Kickstart Your Journey to Strength package
Your package includes:
- A 90 minute first appointment where we will run through a full assessment of your alignment, movement strategies and patterns in relation to your goals and aims before moving onto the movement therapy. The benefit of the longer first appointment is that there is more time to incorporate movement therapy into the first session.
- 1 x 60 minute follow up session where we assess and build on your progress, incorporating new moves and concepts to progress you towards your goal(s).
- After each session you will receive a bespoke movement prescription in written and video form for you to practice in between sessions at home.
- Membership of a private Facebook community, to ask questions, share and discuss journeys.
- Access to Emma between sessions via email for any questions you may have.
Investment: £200 payable in two instalments.
The time span between appointments will depend on your goals and aims and will be discussed at your first session. Two to three weeks is usually a good gap to allow you some time to work on your home practice between appointments.
1-2-1s are held during term times on Mondays, Tuesdays at 1pm, Wednesdays and some Saturdays at 11.30am subject to availability. All sessions are held in Green Tye, SG10 6JL. If these times do not suit you, please contact me email@example.com.
Follow up sessions are £80 per hour. This includes your video and pdf summary of our session and movement prescription.

1-2-1 Zoom Online Tuition
I also offer 1-2-1s via Zoom for existing clients and those following the Restore Your Core 13 week online program created by Lauren Ohayon. During these sessions we can troubleshoot any areas you are having difficulty with or want to explore in more detail.
