Take a deep dive into Restore Your Core® with the foundations course. With a maximum of 6 women in a class for 4 weeks with a slightly longer class time, we get to really get to grips with the Foundations of Restore Your Core®. Mindful Movement and Strength for Women
Move with me through a whole body class for building and maintaining strength, function and stability. We will work through pilates, yoga and restorative exercise moves for 60 minutes and then 10/15 minutes of deep relaxation at the end. As always, each class is limited to 6 women, so you receive individual attention. Modifications are available throughout for pregnant women. Learn more and to book.
