The class I’ve created for what I feel I need to continue building my strength and maintaining the strength I have already built. These are the moves that I am using to move through life with a body that functions well and feels strong enough to deal with whatever I want to throw at it.
A small group class (maximum of 8) for women to rebuild and maintain the strength that they need to move through life feeling well. We will work through yoga, pilates and restorative exercise moves for 60 minutes and spend 15 minutes for deep relaxation at the end.
Your booking includes a short home practice video each week access to a private facebook community for all Emma Riedo Movement clients with access to Emma for questions, articles, and instructional videos.
How does this fit in with Restore Your Core?
For those who have already done a Restore Your Core course, you can use this class to continue to build your strength and knowledge in an environment where you can be sure what we are doing is core and pelvic floor safe.
It won’t be such a deep dive into the fundamentals as Restore Your Core, but will still be core and pelvic floor safe.
It is also suitable for those who have not done Restore Your Core Foundations, you will still build your knowledge of how to mindfully move your body for strength and function. You can always take a deeper diver into Restore Your Core with a Course, workshop or 1-2-1 at a later date.
