Pregnancy

Restore your core Take a deep dive into Restore Your Core® with the foundations course. With a maximum of 6 women in a class for 6 weeks, we get to really get to grips with the Foundations of Restore Your Core®. We will move through a variety of yoga, pilates and restorative exercise movements. Modifications are available throughout for pregnant women. Learn more and to book.

Mindful Movement and Strength for Women

Move with me through a whole body class for building and maintaining strength, function and stability. We will work through pilates, yoga and restorative exercise moves for 60 minutes and then 10/15 minutes of deep relaxation at the end. As always, each class is limited to 8 women, so you receive individual attention. Modifications are available throughout for pregnant women. Learn more and to book.

1-2-1

During pregnancy I can help you prepare your body for and during pregnancy, for the birth and for the post-partum period. On a 1-2-1 basis we will take a deep dive into your movement patterns, providing you with the knowledge you need to feel strong and reduce aches and pains. Prehab is much easier than rehab! I use a combination of my Restore Your Core® teacher training and the One Strong Mama Body Ready Method for my pregnant clients. Learn more and to book.

Restore your coreAfter much request, mums and babies now have their own personalised Restore Your Core ® Foundations Course. With a maximum of 6 women plus their babies for a 6 week course, we will have time to get to grips with the Foundations of Restore Your Core. Learn more and to book.

Constantly feeling like your body is letting you d Constantly feeling like your body is letting you down?

Fed up of aches, pains and potentially embarrassing leaks stopping you from enjoying every day life or doing what you love.  Join me for the final half term before the Summer holiday either in the Restore Your Core Foundations Course or the Mindful Movement and Strength for Women Course.

In person and online or a mixture of both.  Recording of the class available if you ever miss it.

A library of videos supports the in person classes so you can build movement into your every day routine whether you have 1 minute or an hour spare.

So this is 41! On the final part of my trip back So this is 41!  On the final part of my trip back to Hertfordshire after an amazing weekend in Switzerland and Germany with my husband and without kids.  The first weekend away the two of us for a very long time and yesterday was my idea of the perfect way to spend my birthday!  Pre breakfast swim, followed by a two hour breakfast where you just kept ordering from the menu, all afternoon in the spa, followed by a pre-dinner walk, followed by a six course tasting menu with wine and finally drinks in the bar with live piano music. 

Feeling grateful, relaxed and at ease.  Now to carry that forward into the rest of the week!

Some images I’ve collected over the past few day Some images I’ve collected over the past few days plus a few thoughts post Mother’s Day.

Image five: no wonder we’re all exhausted. 

My feelings on the lead up to Mother’s Day made me realise that I’m not feeling valued by my family at the moment.  I’m doing too much and I’ve lost a bit of my “self”. Difficult emotions, but great ones to feel into.  Now I can address with my family that I would like to be valued all year round and also set out my expectations to my husband for next year.  Judging by some of the other posts I’ve seen I’m not the only one!
